Kendrick Lamar Set to Headline Apple Music Super Bowl LIX Halftime Show on February 9, 2025, Airing on FOX

Kendrick Lamar will headline at the APPLE MUSIC SUPER BOWL LIX HALFTIME SHOW at The Caesars Superdome in New Orleans, LA on Sunday, February 9, 2025, which will air on FOX, according to an announcement made by Roc Nation, Apple Music, and the NFL.

Co-founder of the creative imprint pgLang and multi-Platinum singer Kendrick Lamar has seen enormous critical and popular success with the release of his 2012 debut album, Good Kid, M.A.A.d City. He is also a Grammy and Emmy award winner. With his 2017 album DAMN, Kendrick Lamar became the first non-classical, non-jazz musician to receive a Pulitzer Prize. Since its release, Lamar has won 17 Grammy Awards. May 2022 saw the release of Lamar's most recent album, Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers. This year, Future, Metro Boomin, and Kendrick Lamar's "Like That" spent three weeks at the top of the Billboard Hot 100 in April, while Lamar's groundbreaking song "Not Like Us" spent two weeks at the top in June.

pgLang will oversee Lamar's creative direction for his performance.

DPS will produce the Apple Music Super Bowl LIX Halftime Show telecast, with director Hamish Hamilton, executive producers Jesse Collins and Roc Nation, and producer Hamish Hamilton. In addition, Roc Nation will advise the live performance's strategic entertainment plan.
